Return Material Authorization
Please read and review the following guidelines.
- Please read and make sure you are aware if Action Computer Inc. terms and conditions.
- RMA returns must be received within 10 business days of RMA number issued date. After the 10th day expires, you will need to get a new RMA number.
- RMA form.
- Package all returned products securely and best in original packaging to prevent damage. Action Computer Inc. will not be held responsible for lost merchandise during shipping items back to us. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance on the returned item(s).
- Upon approval, RMA number will be issued within 2 business days. If you do not receive notification, please re-send your form.
